VOLUNTEERING
Besides my strong foundation and national accolades in mathematics, my passion for education inspired me to use my knowledge to help improve the lives of disadvantaged children in Vietnam. Recognizing that economic struggles often stem from limited access to essential skills, I independently designed simple yet effective lessons in mathematics, English, and personal finance for local disadvantaged youth.
During the summers of 2024 and 2025, I expanded this initiative internationally by conducting virtual sessions with students in Tanzania, driven by my belief that these foundational subjects could empower them to build better futures.
Thao Love Class
Thao Love Class, established over 30 years ago by teacher Trần Đức Thảo in Vũng Tàu, has provided education to hundreds of underprivileged children, helping to eradicate illiteracy for those unable to attend regular schools. Currently, the class serves 40–60 students annually, teaching subjects like Mathematics, Vietnamese, History, and Geography. After discussions with Teacher Thảo about the importance of financial literacy combined with math, I began my involvement with the class during the summers of 2024 and 2025.

The Hope Relief and Orphans Village , Tanzania
While working on the Finance For You project, we launched a fundraising campaign for the WEEDO Project, an initiative supporting girls and women in Tanzania. Through this effort, I had the chance to connect with friends from The Hope Relief and Orphans Village. After learning more about the children’s circumstances and educational needs, we proposed a series of personal finance classes. These online sessions, held during the summers of 2024 and 2025, received remarkable interest and enthusiastic participation from the children.
