President & Head of Finance Department (June 2023 – Present)
Following my journey with Finance For You, in May 2024 I joined the Seagle Project – a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting financial and economic literacy among teenagers nationwide. At first, I served as the Head of Finance, managing budgets and coordinating fundraising initiatives. But before long, I was entrusted with the position of President, a turning point that taught me that leadership is not just about managing. It is about listening, guiding, and inspiring.
At Seagle, I found not only a passionate team but also a greater purpose: helping young people in Vietnam realize that finance isn’t something distant or complicated. it’s a tool for understanding and shaping their own lives. Our fanpage quickly grew to nearly 10,000 followers, becoming a hub for educational posts, online courses, and workshops that reached hundreds of students across the country.
Throughout my time with Seagle, my team and I carried out many meaningful initiatives:
- Created and curated educational materials for finance-related posts within a club of 65+ members, simplifying complex ideas into accessible, relatable lessons.
- Organized “Stowiz” workshops for over 45 high school students, introducing them to the stock market and hosting a virtual investment competition. I also negotiated with sponsors to secure funding and ensure the program’s continuity.
- Hosted “Human Monopoly” Season 2, one of the projects I’m most proud of — more than just a game, it gave students hands-on experience with financial decision-making and investment strategy. It attracted 16 teams (over 80 participants) and became a creative and educational playground for students in Ba Ria – Vung Tau during summer 2024.
- Led “When the Gavel Falls” Season 2, an auction-themed finance simulation that engaged 100+ students, teaching them about strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and real-world financial behavior.
- Secured sponsorships to expand Seagle’s community outreach and sustain its educational programs.
For me, Seagle was more than just an organization, but it was where mathematics met real life: The numbers, probabilities, and models I once saw in textbooks became tools for making finance understandable and empowering others to make informed decisions. It was through Seagle that I realized studying mathematics isn’t just about solving problems, and it’s about understanding the world, and helping the world understand you.

STOWIZ Workshops
STOWIZ was successfully organized for young finance enthusiasts in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. Through this event, participants had the opportunity to experience a short-term investment platform that sparked interest and motivated them to explore and develop their financial knowledge.

During the event, The Seagle Team puts you on an active and challenging financial playground through a slightly altered version of the game “Monopoly”. You had the opportunity to make high-risk financial decisions, learn how to analyze the market, conduct potential analysis, and devise strategies to build up your assets.
