KHANG AND FINANCE & ECONOMICS
My journey with Finance and Economics began with the simplest lessons about money, about the red envelopes I received every Lunar New Year. I started to wonder: where does money come from? Why do some people have so much of it? Then I came across billionaire Warren Buffett through books. I was deeply impressed by how he built his wealth through the stock market and how he chose to donate most of it to charity.
The more I explored, the more I realized that finance and economics are not distant or abstract they are actually very human, and surprisingly… similar to mathematics! Numbers, analysis, investment strategies they all require logical, precise, and creative thinking, just like solving a complex math problem. And that became the starting point of my passion for this field.
At the same time, while volunteering to teach Math and English to underprivileged children in my hometown, I began to reflect more deeply: what is the true cause of wealth inequality? How can I help these young people have a chance to change their future? These questions became the driving force behind my continuous pursuit of finance and inspired me to launch initiatives to share financial and economic knowledge with others.
Through projects like Finance For You and Seagle, I aim to spread foundational knowledge about personal finance from money management, saving, and long-term investment thinking, to more modern topics like stocks and crypto.
I truly believe that even small seeds of knowledge, when planted in the right place, can grow into something powerful enough to change a life.
